For Items 12.1kg - 25kg we offer shipping via Australia Post (Standard Parcel Delivery) or Startrack (Standard Delivery).  This will be determined at our discretion based on location and total weight of order.

For Items over 25.1kg all deliveries must be made to a business address only.  This is due to weight and OH&S.  We reserve the right to choose which courier service best meets the order weight and your location.

If we are unable to fulfill our requirement to deliver any goods you will be contacted immediately and will be offered a full refund.


WARRANTY - All products come with 12 months warranty from date of purchase. 

1. BCB Sales & Service (Vic) Warranty covers faulty workmanship, product and material defect.  It does not cover misuse, modifications, wear and tear.

2. All Products supplied shall be subject to the specific warranty terms of the applicable manufacturer.

3. BCB Sales & Service (Vic) will not accept liability for the cost of assembly, disassembly, installation or removal.

4. All freight charges must be paid initially by the customer when the goods are returned for warranty assessment. Please contact us to discuss.

5. BCB Sales & Service (Vic) liability is limited to full replacement of the item or a refund of the purchase price.

6. Date of purchase must be provided along with original invoice.



No Goods can be returned unless:

1. Prior Authorisation has been given by BCB Sales & Service (Vic)

2. Copy of original invoice.

3. Returns are to be made within 30 days from receipt of goods.  After this period a 20% restocking fee applies.

4. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and must not be soiled or damaged.

5. Freight cost to return goods is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

6. Any item that is modified cannot be returned.


Damaged/Defective Goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue immediately.

We may request that you send photos of any damaged goods.
